Stupid questions about Transcript Matching Form ?

1) on the form it asks: Does this Transcript contain Fall 2011 grades? i dont understand this Q


2) so print I it out and go to the registrar and they will do the rest ? cuz i went on my univ. website and they were talking about some $10 fee or something

1) I assumed it meant courses registered for in Fall 2011 (upcoming semester); in progress (you apply later during Fall 2011 semester), or just finished Fall 2011 semester (applied December+). Considering the application system stays open until what, February? I'm not really certain of the point (let them know grades will come in on an update?), but since it didn't pertain to me I just said "No" on every one.

2) For 5 of my forms I simply mailed it out (filled out) along with the university's transcript request form (they were in other states). For the sixth I just walked into my local school's registrar's office and told them I needed official transcripts with this form attached for dental school, gave them the form, and that was it.

There are some universities where the transcript WILL have "planned future courses" sitting there (like Fall 2011 ~ but without a grade ofc).

Call the registrars office and ask if future courses do infact show up on trascripts. If yes, then answer yes on AADSAS if you've already planned your 2011 Fall schedule
