If you're a US grad ... Passing = Residency
It's been repeatedly shown that even with a 200, you'll eventually be a Radiologist/Dermatologist, etc.... you just might have to stick around and do something extra, just like trying to get into medical school with a 24 on the MCAT.

Keep the faith. Work hard, and good things will come.
