- Shared common spaces include: bathroom, kitchen, living room (sofa and TV)

- Apartment located on 85th street between 2nd and 3rd avenue
- VERY close to subway (one block and 1-1.5 avenues from the Q line and the 4,5,6 line)
- Around the corner from Fairway (grocery store) and within walking distance to many bars/restaurants
Roommate:
- 1 male roommate, age 30, working full time (standard business hours). Roommate is a non-smoker, clean, and respectful
