Subletting for February and March 2009.
The place: 1 bdrm, fully furnished, internet/basic cable ready, recently remodeled bathroom/kitchen. In an apartment with total of 4 units (landlord lives in one of them= super nice guy).
Cost: $1500/month (which will cover the cost of utilities + internet/cable)
Transportation: Easy walk to UCSF Moffit/Long Hospital (5 mins)
UCSF shuttles available to get to VA, SF general hospital, UCSF Mt. Zion and many other locations. Easy walk to MUNI street car which links to BART subway system. Easy street parking (no street cleaning).
