I have a 2 bdrm/2 bath apartment for sublet from 9/28/09 to 10/23/09. There is a porch, each bathroom is private, cable, DSL internet, doorman/security, it's furnished, there is a gym and laundry on each floor. I am a block from the Patco station, 1 block from the Septa subway station, a couple of blocks near the Septa Regional Rail line, near Chinatown, Independence Hall, Reading Terminal Market... I'm close to it all!!! There is another medical student roommate who is male (but doesn't mind a female roommate), neat, friendly, and busy doing his required rotations.
