The house is located on a small quiet street. Grape vines and a fig tree grow out front.
11 minute walk to the Pennsylvania Hospital.
13 minute walk to Jefferson Hospital.
Nice bike ride or public transit commute to West Philadelphia (UPenn/Drexel). This ride is great in the summer, and safe all year ‘round.

You enter into a living space, the first bedroom is in the back, laundry below in the basement. Through the first floor bedroom you can access the garden, a petite walled space, green and alive in the spring and summer with a solar powered fountain. On the second floor you have the kitchen and a full bathroom as well as a large common space, flooded with daylight from the balcony doors. As you ascend the stairs you enter into the owner’s suite. The suite is comprised of a large bedroom with built-in closet and a full bathroom.

The neighborhood is amazing. Public piazza half a block away is like having a giant extended living room for guests (or if you lived in an apartment, the equivalent of a common roof deck) If you are in the medical profession, you will enjoy being able to walk safely to get food 24 hours a day. Cheesesteaks, tacos, pizza, if you end up needing a bariatric surgeon, I can refer you to a good one 😉 There are many cafes within a block and a half to get a real good cup of coffee, and a wine and cheese store half a block away. And if wine is haram, there is a Lebanese grocer in the neighborhood and lots of yummy ice cream spots. The neighborhood is unbeatable in Philly! Street parking is easy too. Check out the Italian Market and if you want to live here, send me a message!
