Submission and transcript question

I sent in my transcript without my spring grades several weeks ago and they have been received by AADSAS, however, I recently decided to send in my updated transcript with spring grades. My question is: should I e-submit now before my updated transcript arrives or would that cause AADSAS to verify my previous transcript instead?
