Submit application before transcript gets to Aadsas?

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that even if you submit your AADSAS before your grades are verified, your AADSAS really won't be sent to the schools.

You could click "submit" on AADSAS before your grades are verified by your transcripts, but your application really will not officially be submitted to your schools until your grades are verified.
That being said, would you recommend just submitting even before your transcripts are verified, just so you don't have to wait and call every hour only to submit when verification is complete?
In other words, you would tell AADSAS to submit ASAP as soon as grades are verified by clicking the "submit" button early before the grades are verified.
Does this make sense? Can anyone answer my question?

The transcripts are verified after you hit Submit. When you hit submit that is when you pay AADSAS with your debit/credit card.
So, do you recommend submitting before verification? if I want to send in my stuff on say June 3rd and order my transcripts the same day.. how does that going to work?
from the post, i think it means that this is the only possible way ie u need to submit first then get grades verified.
Your gpa will not be verified without payment (submitting your AADSAS), but AADSAS does update your application when your transcript(s) is/are added to your file.
