Submit application without COMLEX transcript

Hi,
I passed my COMLEX Level 1 and my COMLEX Level 2CE is lower than my COMLEX level 1 (due to the new scoring change I believe--I have requested a regrade to be on the safe side). I have also failed my COMLEX level 2 PE exam and I am scheduled to retake it first week of october but results won't be in until First week of Dec.

Can I submit my application without the COMLEX trasncript from NBOME? In other words, can I manually enter my score for Level 1 at this point? I don't want the failing PE and low COMLEX 2CE to be shown which will appear on the transcript.

I don't see a place to manually enter it in, but can I add a personal statement document with it? Thanks

No. You can't manually enter a score. It's transcript or nothing. And since nearly every program will use board scores as a screen, you're better off to just submit. You can re-transmit later but leaving out your scores is a bigger problem than including what you have.
