My final quarter ends mid June. Do you guys/gals think I would be better off submitting on June 1 without the final grades and then updating or waiting until I have complete transcripts?

TYIA!

What are your GPA's now vs after this quarter?

Im non-science with a science heavy quarter, so potentially will be a slight bump there. Overall GPA will be negligible.

I would wait if you think your GPA will change significantly! I'd consider all of June still early.

After my entire undergrad career my gpa probably doesn't stand to change much. More than anything it will be an area of "proving myself" as a non-science major taking a science heavy quarter (19 units) and doing well (hopefully). I guess thats what Im really weighing applying earlier/later against...

I'd still wait. I think it's in your best interest to present yourself as strongly as possible on your primary application. Some schools don't even accept updates, and you won't be able to show them how awesomely you did this last quarter. I'd wait until the grades, especially because schools tend to value the last few grades more than the first ones (this is in line with upward trends, etc.), and this might be even more applicable to you as a non-science major taking a ton of science. Just my opinion 🙂
