Submitted ERAS last night, question about LORs

So last ngiht I submitted my ERAS, and since then several programs have uploaded the application. However, due to an, ummmm, oversight of someone at my school, only one LOR is thusfar available. The other LORs will be uploaded hopefully in the next day or two. I'm not sure how it works, but I imagine that when they are uploaded, the programs will then add them to my application. Does anyone have any insight into this situation? I don't want to stress about it, and am hoping that this happens with plenty of people's LORs (not being available when the application is submitted). Thanks!

My letters aren't even in to the Dean's Office yet, much less uploaded.
(And I already have 2 interview invites without them!)
(I'm actually kind of in shock about that, but in a good way!)
