Submitted my AMCAS app...Transcript still pending?

Hello,

I submitted mt AMCAS application about five minutes ago. I have my transcript from my undergraduate college in, but I am taking a future calculus course at my community college, which doesn't require a transcript. The status on my application says: :"Submitted to AMCAS, waiting for transcripts"

I have all of my needed transcripts already! Will this hold up my verification process? Thanks!
