Seems like a fairly confidence-inspiring online submission. Anyone doing anything in addition to the online thing? Mailing paper copies/faxing/etc.?

stupid question i'm sure, but how do we submit it online? i thought faxing it was the only option?

There is a button on the bottom of the first page of the rank list form that says "Submit List." It will connect to a website, then it will send you a copy of your rank list to certify, and then you do the same thing with a button to certify your list.

I didn't see a fax number anywhere on the rank list....

Intriguing! The rank list form I downloaded earlier this year allowed you to directly electronically submit it. I will have to do this as well....

Hey guys

Spoke to SF Match helpline today, and was told that we can submit one of two ways:

1. Fax
2. Email to [email protected]

Question for you guys: Since we can't check in to see if SF Match has received our list until 24 hours after submission, should we make Dec. 9th our actual deadline just to be certain? I'm still fiddling around wtih my list, but I don't want to get myself into any trouble!

Anyway, I just wanted to thank everyone for all their great advice, opinions, etc. You all have been a great reasource throughout the process, and it's been great to meet many of you on the interview trail. Looking forward to working with some of you in the future 😀 Good luck!!!

Can we submit using both methods, to make sure they receive it and there are no characteristic SF Match screwups? 😉

I faxed mine last night, and they sent a confirmation email within a few hours. Send it with fax, and do it again it you don't receive confirmation in 2days, as the website instructs.

I submitted and they confirmed within about 2 days, but don't count on calling them and getting an answer. I called for 3 days in a row, they don't exactly pick up the phone

was the confirmation just a "we got it" or a "we got it and entered it into our computers exactly as you indicated" ?

i submitted mine and got an email confirmation, with my rank list in the email....and it was actually correct!

Mine didn't give me the option to submit electronically either....I just faxed mine in and got a confirmation e-mail within an hour.....
