Submitting a Publication Update - wait until published online?

Hi all,
It's getting fairly late in the cycle and I just had a paper accepted recently. I was wondering if it makes a difference for me to wait until the paper is published online with a DOI or if it's good enough to just say it's in print and give the citation.
