Concur. And keep the letter to a single page MAX.I wouldn't bother actually including the thesis itself. They're not going to read it. Just write them saying it's complete, with the title and your main findings, and then talk about how you really want to go to their school.
if you're ever in doubt about whether you should do something, imagine if *everyone* did what you were contemplating. No adcom wants to be inundated with hundreds of theses from applicants.![]()
I was thinking about it more from the perspective of the person who would have to sift through them. Application research essays that give excruciating detail on obscure proteins and other topics that the reader knows nothing about are bad enough, but at least those are limited to a page or two, not dozens. 😛immanuel kant would agree. the categorical imperative...
