HEY Y'ALL, I'M SORRY TO BE ASKING ABOUT THIS QUESTION AGAIN. I was just wondering if I am in the same boat in terms of "lateness" as candidates who are taking the MCAT for the first time in Aug and will be submitting AMCAS about when their scores come in. I submitted AMCAS about a week ago, but I am retaking the MCAT in August. I plan to get the secondaries out of the way as soon as they come in. If I have my file completed for most of the schools by mid-late October, about when my Aug MCAT scores come in, is that really late?

Was the $0.02 I contributed in your earlier thread worth squat? 😕 MOST schools will pool you in w/ the first-time takers b/c your "interview" status may rest on the second set of scores. If you're comparing yourself to those you submit AMCAS AFTER their scores come in, then yes, you do have a slight edge. 🙄

Whoa, whoa! Relax. You're $0.02 has proved to be $200G to me. I was just impatient that no one was responding to my first post and put up this slightly modified post up for the extra attention. After putting up this post, I read your initial response. By the way, where are you heading for med school or are you applying? Thanks. <img border="0" alt="[Laughy]" title="" src="graemlins/laughy.gif" />
