So, I'm in an odd situation. I applying to my state school for admissions a year early because I have been encouraged by multiple ad comm members. The only problem, is their AMCAS deadline is November 15th.

If the AAMC gets my transcripts by Friday will be it be verified for November 15th? Any ideas?

Yes. Submit already.

For serious? I thought it wouldn't because it says up to six weeks for verification on the website. I shall submit now and have the transcripts sent bright and early!

You should be fine. The issue is that you are so late in the app process at this pt that your state school probably won't get to you until even the waitlist is practically full.

I spoke with an adcomm member today actually. He said that they are going very slow this year with acceptances, because they filled up the seats/wait list really early last year and they had some problems with it. The committee chair and senior committee member have both encouraged me to apply this year considering my circumstances and academic record.

So long as you've submitted to AMCAS, you are considered to have applied before the deadline at your school, whether or not you are verified by then. Even if you submitted on November 14th and it took 6 additional weeks for verification, your school would accept and consider your application.

What do you mean by "applying a YEAR early"? Are you in your sophomore year now?
