Submitting AMCAS?

I've heard both 6/1 and 6/5 mentioned on this site as when we can start submitting. Which one is correct?

I think its the 5th, I emailed them to confirm but no response yet.

i think it was pushed back to the 5th because it is a monday...the 1st is a thursday.
