Submitting application without PS?

I know you can do this for LOR but I wasn't sure about the PS or other documents. I keep editing my PS and I want to just send out the app now to the programs since they will upload the documents as they come. Thanks

You can submit a new (or a first) PS after you've finalized your profile and applied. No problem.

thanks. I'm just concerned because I don't think I'll have it completed and reviewed by my mentor until this upcoming monday. I'm just worried that it will be too late.
