When you guys are saying I submitted my application on a specific date, for example: "July 1", do you guys mean everything including the supplemental questions/fee has been submitted? Or are you guys referring to only the initial AADSAS submission?

Usually initial AADSAS submission to that school. Then application complete date would be the day the school said they're going to review your application. Doing the supplemental/paying the fee is somewhere between those two dates, since schools usually send secondaries out in the order they receive the primary AADSAS app.
