Submitting Dentala Application while Abroad

I was wondering about studying abroad next spring through my university. The program will go till the end of June and it takes around 2 months for the grades from the university abroad to transfer the grades onto the transcript of my home university. Will I be able to submit my application in June while abroad? Will the app be considered incomplete until my home university has received the grades and has processed them?
