I just submitted my application this past weekend (I know it's really late) and I'm taking the DAT in late October. I've been studying for the DAT for a while now and I'm pretty sure I will get a good score (figures crossed! 🙄)....the thing is, my GPA is pretty low and I really wanted to send in my Fall 2007 grades in December. I just wasn't sure if this would even matter as it will be so late in the cycle. It can't hurt, right?
Another thing...it's a good thing I found this forum because I know lots of kids out there who haven't even sent in their app yet because they know most of the deadlines are in January and February of 2008 and they think it'll be okay if they submit their app in December. I was just wondering why the deadlines are so late if people apply so early but most of the spots are taken by January....😳....it almost seems deceiving, which I realize is not their intention.
