My school doesn't post final grades on the transcripts until late June, so it would be pointless for me to submit my primary application (as well as send my transcripts) before then, right?

You can't submit until they receive all your transcripts, so you wouldnt be able to do it even if you wanted.

unless your transcripts that come out in june are going to dramatically raise your GPA, send in the transcripts you have now.

Yea I was confused about this also but I read that they wanted spring 2013 grades or else they won't look at your app.

They probably won't fully look at your app until you submit your secondary. So go ahead and submit your primary early

Ignore everything posted in here thus far. Submit your application as early as possible and include your spring grades in the course activity. Request your transcripts to be sent now and also after spring grades are available.

In case anyone else is curious, I checked, and you DO need to wait until you've got your Spring Semester grades!
