I know I am late, but I wanted to wait until I finished shadowing a DO to submit my application. Could anyone tell me what chances are with these stats...I plan to complete all the secondaries within the next month so by the time I am verified, I will have a very quick turnaround. Thanks so much. (I've seen the other threads, but I wanted to put my stats in...)
cGPA 3.7
sGPA 3.5
MCAT: 29S (10, 10, 9)
Volunteer- 300 hours over various places, medicial/non-medical
Research- 1 year with 1 poster, 1 paper submitted as 2nd author
Normal extracurriculars with intramurals, clubs, etc
Several USF awards, including research thesis, honor societies, and other things I can't think of right now...
Good amount of shadowing (160 hours, though only 1 DO shadowed and 4 MD)
I'm not sure what else to include here, my essays are solid, lors are very good...I really don't know what else to say...here is my DO school list though
PCOM, PCOM-Ga, NOVA, UNE, Western, DMU, CCOM, KCUMB, Ohio, AZCOM...these are the places I'm applying to now, I also applied to like 30 MD schools, but those are already submitted...
