Submitting materials to AADSAS yourself

Has anyone tried to submit their transcripts and letters of recommendation together as one package? The specific instructions don't specify wether you are required to include a transcript/letter of rec matching form with the transcripts and letters if you submit them yourself (under the "applicant submits official letters" section). Can you send them in with a stamp or signiture across the back, but without the form?
