Hi! I have one more rotation left of third year to complete, so my transcript has not been submitted or it is not the most uptdated. Will this delay my application/interview invites given that I have all my other docs (without MSPE) ?

Not really. Many schools (mine included) upload transcripts en masse on a particular day (mine was 10/1 I believe). As long as it gets up there by the time the MSPE does, you will be fine.
