Submitting Secondaries before August 15th good?

Hi NonTrads,

As a full time worker in California it is sometimes hard to follow through with the 2-week turnaround time for secondaries.

However, if I have them in before Aug 15th, will that be considered Early or Average?

From what I understand, average. It's not early, definitely not late.

Aug. 15 is my goal date to finish them up as well!
