Hey guys,

Quick question about submitting secondaries. I tried searching but couldn't get quite the answer that I'm looking for.

I have a bunch of secondaries that I received late June/early July, but couldn't get to work on them due to extremely busy schedule/limited internet access. My schedule's lightening up now, and I figured I would have them in all in by early August - still kinda early, imo. However, I received a notice from MCG that the secondaries should be in within two weeks since receipt, and on sdn, I'm reading that it's a good idea to send it within two weeks. Did I just screw myself over, or do you think it doesn't really matter this early on in the process, i.e. they're not going to note that I submitted it relatively late?

No you're fine.

Is everything else in? LOR, primary, etc. Your file isn't complete until EVERYTHING is in, so when you submit the secondary shouldn't matter (theoretically at least) until everything else is received.

Just try to get them in as soon as you can, without sacrificing quality. No use stressing over it now, and I doubt adcom has time counting days between when they sent it and when you submitted.

Yes, everything is ready to go except the secondaries. I don't think I would have worried except for that email from MCG. dunno if I should call them or not...

Maybe just give MCG a call then, since they specified. You should be fine for the other schools.
