I know that you can submit your app with DAT scores pending, but I wasn't sure about the transcripts or letters of recommendation. I'm taking the DAT July 7th, sent in transcript requests about 5 days, and won't have my committee letter finished until mid-July. I have everything else done though, is it worth submitting my app now? With it provide me any advantage submitting an incomplete app just so I'm in the school's "systems"? I think I'm going to submit in the next couple days but I'm not really sure if people will look at my app with so much missing for a couple more weeks.

you can have them submitted later. But it is better if you can submit them as soon as possible

I'd be hesitant to submit it with your LOR so far off. If they look at it before that some schools may just throw it out as incomplete. With thousands of applicants it's an easy excuse to take one off the pile.

I submitted my AADSAS in early June, right after I took the DAT. My transcripts were sent around the same time. My LOR were sent in early August (all of them). I had first round interviews to every school I applied to (4).

So, yes, get that app in ASAP.
