I think there have been many posts regarding the relationship of first 2 years to performance on Step 1 and the conclusion was maybe trend but definitely no statistical significance. I fully believe this. I did not AOA my first 2 years by a long shot and was probably barely the top quartile in my class but I had a SOLID Step 1 study plan (you can find this in the 2010 Step 1 thread). Having the SOLID step 1 plan is more important that learning everything the first 2 years IMHO.
