Such a thing as Top Schools?

I know that pod schools are not ranked and probably never will be. But what are considered the "top schools" and why? Are top schools those that are hardest to get into with the highest entry stats?

Anyone want to give it a try and make a list? I'm really not trying to start an argument. I applied and just have no idea if some schools have a bad reputation and make it harder for students to recieve top choice residency spots.

First time board pass rate
Residency Placement
Externships
And last but not least go with what you feel is best for you.

I would add:

Cirriculum
Entrance stats
Faculty
Factilities

I tried looking through the forum but really couldnt find anything. Is this forum new or do they delete old threads? I remember seeing something a while ago but dont see it now.
