A person walks into a pharmacy and requests to purchase 30 mg pseudoephedrine (Sudafed) tablets. What is the maximum number of tablets that the pharmacist can dispense in a day to this same individual?

1. 75
2. 120
3. 30
4. 48
5. 146

According to the slide the answer is 146. I did the math and I thought 3.6grams per day is 120 tablets. What do you think?

I looked in the pharmacist manual and it is true that the answer is 146. It doesn't make sense. I remember I had a question on this and I probably got it wrong if 30mg sudafed doesn't equal 30mg pseudoephedrine. The whole MPJE is very tricky!
