I know everyone says UW. But are there any books that people recommend for this section. I prefer a book that gives some explanation for the assessment and diagnostic considerations in each case. Thanks

Uworld. If you haven't done it, you cannot understand the importance.

The KNOWLEDGE is easy. You get literally every buzz word you could possible need in the vignette. Navigating the software and knowing what they want when is crucial to scoring well. You cant get the interface or the decision making from a book. You just cant.

Promise, its the best resource available.
