It has been 3 years since I graduated college, needless to say it's been awhile since chem and bio. I have purchased the Kaplan, Topscore and Barron's books. Does anyone know of any other study guides that would be helpful in refreshing my memory before I take the DAT?

I used 1001 questions in Organic Chemistry from Examkrackers. It was great. The more questions I did, the more confident I was. I got a great score in OChem using that book. I had heard over and over on these forums about it so I used it too.
Check out the classifieds section of the forums. You can usually find one for sale there. If not, ebay.

Spare yourself of 5-6 intensive weeks of studies from the textbook only on topics outlined by the ADA, and use the following DAT guides:

Kaplan's/TopScore: Great tools for SNS and QRT, marginally on QRT and never count on their PAT.

AcetheDAT/DAT Achiever: Both equally good for PAT with the latter featuring one-of-a-kind 3D explanations. More up-to-date info/questions are surprisingly found in these newer guides.

Schaum's Biology and Organic Chemistry are wonderful tools to utilize. They are structured like Kaplan (basically outlines), but go into MUCH more detail and flesh out the issues that Kaplan lacks.
