Not really - international students struggle because most medical and dental schools are heavily biased to US citizens, and so formalized post-bacs and SMPs to a degree also lean away from internationals.
I don't remember seeing anything about stuff in Michigan - I think Wayne State has an SMP like thing, and UMich has some graduate degrees in anatomy, but aren't really SMPs.
But either way, no - there isn't anything I know of for doing pre-reqs in Michigan as an international student.
So what are my options if I have to do few pre med courses...while being in Michigan?

Contact the universities, and see if you can enroll as a continuing education student and take the classes. You'll have to do the leg work
No - can't do labs online, and even then its not well respected.
