Hey everyone! I was just wondering if any of you have had good success using practice tests from some lesser-known or smaller company. We all know how great the Berkeley and AAMC tests are, and of course KTP/TPR have their in-house exams. The Gold Standard ones are also solid, but there are other smaller companies out there and I was wondering if anyone knew of good ones?

My students sometimes ask, and I always steer them away, since it seems like it's not worth wasting your time on practice tests that maybe aren't that good. But if you had a good experience and would like a smaller company to get a shout-out, let me know!

Don't have any, but had a double take when I saw you post a question in MCAT Q&A... now it makes sense.

Examkrackers with 2 exceptions: Do NOT use H1, it's full of errors. I think they remade that tests as G1 or something. And on F2, there is one controversial VR passage and I'll leave it at that as to NOT make a spoiler. You can PM me for more info. if you want.

Columbia Review is NOT as good as TPR, and far from AAMC's own material. I used it anyway for practice. And I didn't take their scores too seriously or anything else about it. It was just to get my timing down and to adjust my reading speed.

Thanks for the suggestion! I just checked out their website and it looks like something from 1989. I'd be worried about sending any of my students there. Checking Amazon I do see a couple of their books for sale there but the copyright I'm seeing says 1997 - before the test went computer. Were those practice tests in the current format of 70min / 7 passages per section, or were they still set up like the old paper tests (like the 6R AAMC)?
