Wow, is everyone's caseload WAY down? I made like no money today, one pitiful tray of cases. There isnt any World Cup action to entertain me. My 2 hour lunch was the highlight.

Must be the coming Holiday....

Yup, gross room and autopsy suite were pretty quiet for a coupla weeks back at the beginning of the month. The OR board is usually empty by 5!

Well, I guess it's just you guys, because yesterday we had 12 sets of prostate biopsies with at least 12 specimens per case, plus a couple of radical prostatectomies. And today we had two cystectomies, three nephrectomies, two more radical prostatectomies, three more prostate biopsy specimens, and some odds and end. And I grossed in two more cystectomies, another prostate, two kidneys, and a testicle today.

Plus we have all the ****ing transfer cases.

Although, it does seem like half the department is on vacation.
