Summer classes and beyond

So I am finishing up my summer classes tonight and was wondering how I go about alerting my schools I am applying to as to my grades. I also am going to be taking some fall classes and was wondering about that as well. Do I just write to the schools and send them my grades? Do I have to send official transcripts to all of them? Do I just alert AACOMAS and they will send it on? Do I have my premed advisor send it on? Any help will be great. Thanks.

If it's before February 15 of 2006, you should send the updated transcript to AACOMAS. AACOMAS will notify all of your designated schools. If it's after February 15th, you need to send the updated transcript directly to the school(s).
