I'm a Biomedical Science major -Freshman Year second semseter-.
I've been planning on taking Eng1301 and 1302 this summer. At the begining of my freshman year I chose not to take these classes in mind that I would take them this summer to lighten my science and math course load that I have to take this year but recently ive been hearing that taking classes during the summer may be portrayed badly on medical school apps. Any thoughts or advice weather I should take these classes at a local community college in the summer or if I should just take it in my college.
Any advice appreciated

I dont think med schools care if you take non-science classes in the summer. Now if you took OChem or Physics in the summer they would probably frown on that since they know summer courses tend to be easier with more generous grade curves.

As far as weather --- try to find a college that has air-conditioned classrooms 😀
