summer contact with POI

I was wondering if anyone else felt a little weird maintaining no contact with their POI over the summer. I already asked mine if there was anything I should do to prepare, and he told me to rest/relax.

Should I just feel at ease about not contacting him for the summer, or does anyone have any suggestions on how to maintain SOME contact (i.e. some important questions, etc.)?

REST and RELAX.. you'll need your strength later... ENJOY THIS SUMMER, IT WILL BE A WHILE BEFORE YOU CAN AGAIN. 🙂

Definitely take his/her advice! You will get some info by June or so from the school...a letter telling you about your stipend, your assistanceship (if you have these), etc. There will be forms for you to fill out too, probably. Don't sweat the no contact thing. Once August/September rolls around you'll get plenty of contact. Good luck!
