Summer courses for retakes

I am planning to take two summer courses (1 to replace C in orgo 1) and Physics-2 (which I have not taken before) ; the courses will end in early August...Do I need to wait to apply to DO schools till August to get the retakes counted in my GPA?

After Spring 2015 grades I anticipate that- my cGPA and sGPA will be 3.25 and have got 29 on MCAT (12 PS/9 VR /8 BS)

Do not wait till August to apply! Submit your applications on the very first day to maximize your chances.

Simply list the two summer courses under "planned coursework" on AACOMAS and you are set. Since even with A+ in those two courses your cGPA is unlikely to change, there is no reason to delay your application till August. You could update the schools with your grades once you've completed them. As it stands, you have a pretty good chance to land multiple interviews based on your current stats if you apply broadly.
