Summer courses grades

I retook Orgo II during the second session of summer this Summer 2012 and I applied to dental schools and my application was mailed out on 8/03 and I got my summer grade after the mailing out.
AADSAS received my transcript without the Orgo II on it (no grade, it does not even show up as "in progress" because I enrolled to the class after sending my transcript to AADSAS).
Because I got a C- before and I retook it and got an A, I think it will be important to send this grade to dental schools. But should I send it to AADSAS or directly to the dental schools? What should I send (the official transcript for institutions or official transcript for students, or unofficial transcript?)

In October or November aadsas has a grade update window where you can change/add/edit grades... Though it might of had to be listed as "in progress" to do so- not entirely sure, give them a call.
