I was wondering if anyone knows of any websites or jobs I can apply to that would look on a medical app? For example, I am doing shadowing from Prehealthshadowing.com. I do have other experiences this summer, but I would like more if possible.

I wanted to be a scribe but apparently, the process to become one is very long

Yeah. The process to become a medical student is also very long.

Where are you in the process? What year are you in school? I hate to be the one to break it to you, but July is a little late to first be looking for summer experiences.

Also, med schools are not going to accept online shadowing as a replacement for real shadowing, any more than they are going to accept an online bachelors degree, or grant you an online MD. Airports are busy, people are returning to the office, and in person shadowing is once again a thing. This is what med schools are looking for, to establish that you have a teeny tiny view into what being a doctor is all about.

Shadowing is a passive enough experience as it is. Watching prerecorded videos on a website establishes nothing other than obvious box checking, as well as an obvious lack of understanding of why med schools value shadowing. Online shadowing is not going to do a thing to advance your med school application.
