does anybody know of any summer internships/programs that have some sort of clinical component that are still accepting applications for this upcoming summer?

Not many. Check out the NSF REU's that are still accepting applications (they'll be science-related but not necessarily clinical)...I know a few of the schools take applications up until April or until the program is filled, and at least they pay and give you room and board. Your best bet at this point in time is e-mailing individuals you would like to work with.
