Summer internships?

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to get a summer internship in a pharmacy before one applies to pharmacy school. I know there are lots of internships available once one is enrolled at a school, but I would like to get some experience in a pharmacy before I attend four years of school for it...any suggestions?

I'm not sure about a formal internship, but it might be possible to get a regular job as a technician or a clerk. I got mine by going through one of the local pharmacy's district pharmacy manager. Good Luck!
