Hello-all! I have a question regarding something i'm a little torn about. When I was questioning whether or not I would make it into med school during this application cycle I thought it would be a good idea to apply for a summer internship at CWRU, much to my delight I was given the internship with my first choice researcher. However now I'm into OU, which starts just days after my internship would end leaving me with basically no summer. Last summer I was completely burnt out by a 60 hr/week internship at cleveland clinic, and am worried that I might find myself in a similar situation if I accept this internship, especially because I am already committed to a family working as an applied behavioral analysis tutor about 20 hours a week. So my question is do I accept the internship or take a break before I start school? I just don't know what to do because I want to get the research experience, but I also want to be completely ready to start med school! If anyone has an suggestions they would be greatly appreciated!
