Summer resident tuition for out of state students

I thought it would interesting to complete the one pre-req (anat & physiology) I have left for pharmacy school in a new state (currently in iowa).

Are there any community colleges or state schools that charge resident tuition during the summer for out-of-state students? Thanks!

I know that University of New Mexico charges resident tuition regardless of residency status during the summer, because my boyfriend used this to his advantage when he moved here. I would imagine there are other schools that do so as well.
