summer rotation between M1 and M2

Hi guys,
I have known a Cardio PD and he allows me to do internship with his dept. anytime I want to. Therefore, I choose to do the first rotation in the summer betwen M1 and M2. I don't know if it would count for something? like elective rotations for M3 or something like that.

nope. you've got plenty of time for rotations between M2-M4. enjoy your vacation, it's the absolutely last time in your medical career you'll have 3 months off in a row!!

Won't count for anything, besides just giving you exposure to that specific field.... I'd say if you really want to shadow and see a few things then just go shadow for a few days. But it will most likely be your last summer off so go enjoy it and have fun, take a vacation, sleep, etc...
