Summer School affect your decision on school

Are schools that dont have summer breaks or very little breaks like 2 weeks a little more laid back throughout the year than schools that have like 2 or 3 months breaks....also would this factor into your decision on which school to pick....I thought only UoP was the only school that had no breaks but your done in 3 years however there are other schools i've looked into that only have like 2 weeks break during summer couple weeks for winter and that's it...if u go hardcore like the ones that have 2-3 months break i'd think you'd get burned out....ne1 care to elaborate on this?
