I'm currently an out of state student attending Rutgers University. I am considering taking gen chem over the summer and I was wondering if it would be better to take it at Rutgers or at the University of Maryland where it would be cheaper and I wouldn't have to worry about staying in NJ for the whole summer.

Check if Rutgers would take the transfer credit. If they do, I'd go the cheaper way.
